Healthy Adult Relationship Series - What is a Healthy Adult Relationship?

During this three courses class, we will explore the powerful connection between your personal value system and having healthier, realistic and satisfying adult relationships. This class is brimming with tips and best practice skills shared in the success coaching model of Michelle Sherman over the past two decades.

Professional Woman's Leadership Retreat

The Vast Institute® blends its unique leadership curriculum with ancient wisdom and the creative energies of Pele, keeper of the volcano, to produce an experience that expands your self-awareness.

During the program's four days and five nights we will combine a daily seminar with experiential excursions and assignments that nourish, delight and clarify who you choose to be in this world.
